See your Children’s Children. said GOD

The U.S. and other so-called first world nations have become so perverted in their thinking that ’baby-boomer” men and women tend to think that being a grandparent is aging them. Well, here is the truth. You are aging every day that you are alive and the only alternative to that is dying young. I am not advocating dying in this post. I am advocating that reproducing yourselves, and your children reproducing themselves  is the right thing to do for many reasons:

1) having young children in your family and in your life, keeps you young! Playing with them, laughing with them, pushing them in a swing at the playground, hearing them laugh,  are all events that make this time of life, fun!

2) GOD said that to see your ‘children’s children’ is one of HIS rewards. Don’t you want GOD’s REWARDS?

3) GOD said ‘thou shalt not kill” in Exodus 20:13 and repeated that in many ways. JESUS said, ‘even so it is not the will of your FATHER which is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.” [Matthew 18:14] . And to put teeth into that Commandment it is also written, ‘whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed, for in the image of GOD, made HE man.” {Genesis 9:6}

4) because the only way to get to heaven, is by obeying GOD and HIS Commandments. Sinners do not go to heaven. If y0u think hell will be a fun place, then I suggest you try this little experiment; take a match and light it, and hold it to your hand and see how much fun that is. Hell is an awful place, full of a burning fire that lasts forever to torment you. You don’t want to go there. Read the description of it in Revelations in the Bible.

My children and grandchildren are blessings indeed

I am back from visiting my two daughters {Jennifer and Leigh} in other states than Colorado, and also Jennifer’s children and I want to tell you that there is no greater thrill in this life, than holding your “children’s children” as the Bible calls them. Jennifer has a newborn daughter, and she is so sweet, and precious, and she loves to hear singing! She focuses her eyes on your face when you sing to her! It always amazes me how wonderful newborn babies are and how fascinating. I am content to watch a newborn for hours. They coo, and wiggle about, and make baby noises, and at first their eyes sort of wander until they develop eye muscle control and then they are able to focus on their mother, or those who hold them frequently and recognize them. And my other absolutely GRAND children are as sweet and wonderful as always too. The Bible says that the rewards of serving GOD are seeing your children’s children [paraphrased] . Seeing your children’s children reassures you of several things: 1) you were a good enough parent and taught your children to survive, 2) they are on the right track by producing children, 3) the promises of GOD are true, and real, 4) the material wealth you may have collected in whatever quantity has a purpose of enabling you to help your children and grandchildren. I do not have sons but I have a son-in-law and soon to have another son-in-law as my youngest daughter Leigh is getting married this October.

There are many ways for a woman to achieve success and I have tried many of those, including the work as owner, publisher, editor, writer, artist for Life Media & Publishing LLP and words that WORK,LLP and Tapestry of LIFE TV,LLP; and also a long career as a Registered Nurse, and artistic efforts, but the greatest thrill of my life is my GRANDchildren. I capitalize that word ‘grand’ because they are grand in the sense that they are the ‘crowning’ acheivement of my life, my flesh and blood and they are thriving, and I thank GOD for that.

Sweet baby Newborn! One hour old.

Notice: wordpress hates children! And also Christians.

I tried to upload the image of my little granddaughter’s hand art she made for me at Thanksgiving of 2006 but that I photographed today but unfortunately, wordpress hates children and so it seems even the art they produce. How a company who makes their living hating children stays in business could only be explained through treachery and deceit and political kickbacks from those who profit from evil. I will add the image of my granddaughter’s hand art to another website of mine since it is being blocked from the website that I PAY FOR on purpose no doubt to harass, provoke and aggravate their four year long customer. Or to please the wicked who kill babies for a living. Or to help a hacker steal my account. My second exhusband who is an infamous and ungodly catholic, is also a thief and a hacker into my accounts that he never owned and was never authorized to sign into; but the wordpress because they are hosted in that ungodly Massachusetts –the so-called capitol of corruption, crime and catholicism try to prevent any one from protesting catholics. I protest catholics because of their fraudulent religion that has nothing to do with the worship of GOD and their forty year long voting records [those wicked catholics in Congress for forty years] of voting to kill humans in the womb.]. Since wordpress seems more interested in preserving the state of sodomy, sin and vice [my exhusband is a homosexual who uses women,a felon and cocaine addict, and abuser of women ] that masquerades as a state, than preserving their relationships with the customers that pay them, I wonder why Christians including myself continue to do business with them in any way?

You may see Lydia’s hand art at this Google site, [google is a wonderful company, GOD bless them! Also this is the identical photo that I tried to upload to this wordpress site, no changes whatsoever to the file or photo of Lydia’s hand art image]:

http://ms.gloria.poole.googlepages.com/lydia%27shandart%2Cmyphoto

Here is the code wordpress printed instead of allowing me to upload my photo to my paid for blog: Also I was not trying to modify the headers but the wordpress software modified them because the file is saved with my name [gloriapoole] on it and the date of the photo, and the photo uploaded because I saw it. It just would not post it to this entry! Keep in mind that GOD is still GOD and HE is not that vile man I was once married too, and it is not wordpress either! Cheating a woman of the services she has paid for FOUR years is fraud and giving my exhusband my financial information or my account information is cybercrime. Wordpress seems to be routinely involved in cybercrime–aiding and abetting theft by internet of digital images and financial information.

Teaching children the love of GOD

I talked to my little GRAND children too. I love that word “grandmother” because it means to me that as a grandmother, two things: I have GRAND children of my children, and I get to be called “grand” by the people that matter most to me! What a blessing! But in reality they call me a name they prefer “Nanny” because it is a familiar one that we, me and my only two children [grown daughters] grew up hearing in that context.

Here are my thoughts on that topic of the duties of becoming a GRAND-mother, mother-surrogate sort of to those children of your children. There are many so-called philosophies of life and many of them are very worldly. Yet teaching one’s own family to love GOD is the most important task of all. I was adding the scriptures about JESUS’ resurrection to some of my journals today when they called. . Oh yea, I know that my daughter teaches them that there is a GOD, and to pray, but I believe that grandmothers [and grandfathers too, except in this case, I am divorced but the grandfathers are  alive elsewhere]  are very influential in the lives of their grandchildren. Maybe more in a way than the parents.

My own grandparents influenced me greatly and in very positive ways. I think that sometimes the wisdom of those added years gives a patience and an understanding to the Grands that perhaps the mother an father may not have in those child-bearing years.

I learned that my oldest granddaughter who is all of seven, I think, sold 69 boxes of girl scout cookies and is learning to add, subtract, multiply in school and that my oldest grandson , at age of almost nine, is willing to read the Bible to his younger siblings and thank GOD for that! My littlest granddaughter is yet to be born, and the middle one loves to sing and was born with that love. We sang JESUS loves me several times. I remember her wearing a ski hat on her head, riding on the push part of the vaccum cleaner and singing at the top of her lungs when she was a baby! In my mind’s eye, I remember that photograph of her and it always pleases me. All of my grandchildren are so precious to me and the things that they do and say are the crowning moments of my life in so many ways. Sometimes when I wonder what I did right in my life, I think of those darling children and the sweet and wonderful things that they do that affirm me. They love me too! It is the greatest reward of my life to know that, through all the chaos of my life, I produced two wonderful living daughters who in turn are producing wonderful children [or will, one daughter is not married yet but I pray she will and have lots of children].

If you are in the mindset that you are falsely thinking that you cannot afford children, mend your ways. The greatest most enduring blessing on the earth is children and their children.

Not ashamed to be “Nanny”

There is nothing that compares to the love I have for my little grand-children! I looked at some of their photos today and realized that for all the suffering of my life in some ways, GOD is good to me because I have two wonderful daughters and grandchildren! I looked at the photo of my youngest grandchild who at the age of about eighteen months put one foot on the rung of the dining chair and climbed right on the top of the table  and sat down amongst the Thanksgiving oranges and items! And sat there so very pleased with himself as he surveyed all of us as if to say, “there I showed you!” It is a precious photo.

And recently I met a new guy and we went on a couple of dates [ I am divorced you know, and so is he] and I decided I would tell him to begin with that I have grandchildren and decided that if that was going to be an issue I might as well as know that to begin with and not proceed with that relationship.  A woman may lose her husband in divorce but she does not divorce her children or her grandchildren, at least good women don’t.  I cannot speak for bad women. I am sure that you are aware as the news most recently pointed out that there are different kinds of women and sometimes men are looking for BAD women. I think most know what situation I am referring too, [my own second marriage that ended because of many reasons but one of those was that my then husband wanted a woman whom he himself called a “hooker” ] saying he took his role model from that se*xual harassment event of Bill Clinton; and of course the NY Governor just resigned because of his decision along that line, and who else has done that? History books are filled with notorious people it seems, and seems like seldom with the good kind of women.  Even in the movies the perversion of truth there that happens often makes it seem as if good women do not ever win. But in my heart of hearts, I know that those women who love GOD and who are honorable, do win! Proverbs 31: 30c is written, ” a woman that feareth THE LORD [GOD] she shall be praised.”

I think of the many so-called titles I have had in my work career: RN, Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, Director of Nurses, Peer Review Coodinator, Trauma Nurse, ER Nurse, Clinic Nurse, and yet, the titles I liked best were simple: wife and NANNY, [grandmother] in my case. I am not ashamed of being a grandmother and I pray to always be a truly GRANDmother.

Grandchildren are the real rewards of life!

I visited my grandchildren a week ago and I was so glad to see them that I cried! They were confused by that a little and I had to explain it was tears of joy. My oldest grandson informed me he is nine going on ten, not as I had written earlier. He is a handsome fellow too, and has the most extraordinary eyes. And getting tall enough to reach my shoulders, and lean and always is strong.  I am so proud of them as I am proud of my only two “children” who are my daughters. My oldest granddaughter was a little standoffish. She is still irked with me from having not seen them for seven months; but she danced all over the living room for me and twirled about and showed me her own choreographed dances. She is a natural ballerina it seems and says that is her ambition. Also, she drew the most lovely picture of herself dancing for her mama and he ponytail was flying in a regal sort of way. The two youngest ones –well they are incredible to me. Their joy and happiness at seeing me and wanting to sing JESUS loves me immediately filled my heart with exuberant love.  The littlest one clung to me in a what you and I would call a “bear hug”  but he called it something quite different. So different I forgot what, but I had to ask , “what?” when he said it, and then ask my daughter what he meant by that and she said “bear hug”.  And the third grandchild down the line, was very troubled by my tears of joy. She does seem to have a naturally tender heart toward everyone. Later, she told me in the car in her sing-song way of singing that ” _______ is going to marry me and he is going to be SOOOOOOOOOO happy!” It made me happy to think that for her [because I am such a failure at marriage! that I certainly hope they get it right] and I thought to myself in what I call an aha moment, “aha, that is where I missed it, the ingredient for a happy marriage.  But she was thinking that way and in preschool ! I decided where I missed the attitude development for a happy marriage must have been at the age of four.

If  you don’t have children or grandchildren I am telling you that you should have them because they are the greatest blessing of all and GOD’s greatest rewards for enduring life.

” I will never forget you, Nanny”

This Christmas I sent my grandchildren gifts of new items*–prepackaged gift sets that included easels, paints, brushes, and canvases. They are young but I figure it is time to encourage them to develop their talents and creativity. I was fairly certain that they would like them but their responses flabbergasted me. My oldest grandson who is “going on 9″ said, “I will never forget you Nanny” and I am telling you, that thrilled my heart! And the two year old said, “I painted a picture already” and ” I miss you Nanny, I love you”. My seven yr old grand-daughter said, “I love what you sent me, and I painted already.” The four year old grand-daughter said, “I painted already, a picture for you.” I love those children so much! They are as the Bible says “the apple of my eye” and of course so are my grown children whose names are Jennifer and Leigh. We, my children and I, are very much creative and artistic, and I am certain that such gifts of creativity are from GOD whose very Spirit is life and creativity. Both my daughters had formal art training in Italy, via their Universities, Jennifer in Cortona and Leigh in Florence. I have some formal training and paint much [ you may see some of my paintings at http://gloriapoole.googlepages.com, if you’re interested.]. My oldest daughter Jennifer started a preschool for teaching the principles of studio art to the little ones, and my youngest daughter [Leigh] creates sculptures, and painted a very striking painting while in Italy. My oldest daughter Jennifer, painted a painting that she gave to me, and that hangs in my dwelling, that I love of tea cups. I love it for several reasons: the painting is excellent,I love tea, and I love my daughters, and I love their art. Jennifer’s painting is one of my prized possessions. I also had one of Leigh’s paintings until my then husband [now gone from my life for many reasons] tried to steal it and we had a huge confrontation over it in the drive as he was trying to steal it by taking it and putting it in his car to drive away with, and I was trying to keep it. I had said before that there are some possessions I have that I would fight the devil himself for, and that proved it ! By the power of GOD I held onto it, and then later gave it back to my daughter for her safe-keeping. [ My ex-husband did steal from me after he moved out, and I had started replenishing my supplies that he had stolen before he moved out, stealing about 6-8 of my new brushes that I had bought for me, some of my completed sketches and possibly a painting; but GOD will judge him for that, I am certain. He doesn’t paint but likes to thieve to show how he ‘can pick any lock in the city’ and to provoke, upset me and to restock his supplies or to ‘prove’ that he “controls” the Denver Police whom he said would do nothing about his stealing.

* I know you may think that is an odd thing to write but not so. I have had many years when I had to buy them recycled things at thrift stores and usually they loved those also. They are good to appreciate what I send them. I was absolutely thrilled to have the ability to send them new gifts, and bought them with joy in my heart and thanksgiving to GOD that I could afford them!

Defining Moments in My Life were births of daughters

I have many defining moments in my life but the two days that are the most special are the days my two daughters were born! I seem to remember almost every detail of those days and I am sure that all women who give birth to live babies remember those days. Those were THE defining moments of my life in so many ways because those days established me as a Mother [ X 2] and that changed my life in a positive way forever. Of course, you will know where I am going with this entry.

Those mothers who don’t give birth to living babies secondary to their deliberate decision to abort their babies have terrible and agonizing memories of a different nature altogether. Those women must suffer terribly and they must know that it is because they made an awful, terrible, ungodly decision to listen to the devil instead of to GOD. I know that because GOD said to Adam and Eve to “be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth” and in another Scripture in Revelation it is written that [a paraphrase ]GOD changes not and is the same yesterday, today and forever. The Commandments of GOD do not change with the generations but were written in stone by the hand of GOD HIMSELF for a reason. One of those Commandments is “thou shalt not kill” and it is recorded in Exodus 20:13, King James Holy Bible. Those women must repent and turn away from that evil to have peace and salvation.
There are many of what the world would call “accomplishments” in my life but the ones that matter the most to me are the days my only two children were born. * Of course, women remember when they got married and when they graduated college, and those kind of events also, but I think that women who are mothers realize that the act of producing a living human being and delivering that baby alive and well to the world to carry on the generations, is indeed the definition of womanhood.

* I do not have sons and was pregnant only twice and I give GOD the glory for my wonderful grown children and their children, born and yet to be born.

Sweet and wonderful children were once embryoes

I just came from a week long visit with my grandchildren. They are the “apple of my eye” to use the Bible phrase. The smallest one at twenty months has already learned how to flirt with women! And loves to give kisses. He is learning to talk up a storm too. And the next youngest, a kewpie doll looking angelic child, loves to sing and make up her own words. The older two children are growing up, up, up and learning so fast. When I am in the presence of these, my own flesh and blood via my flesh and blood daughter, I am reminded that once upon a time, the medical term “embryo” applied to them, as it does to all human beings. The word embryo is a medical term describing a certain age of the new human in the womb, and as the human ages some, the term become “fetus”. Please remember that all humans were once embryoes, and also fetuses, as those are stages of development such as adolescence, puberty, adulthood etc.

As a nation we must give Constitutional protection to all human embryoes and all human fetuses and all human cells, even at the one cell stage, because human life is sacred and must be protected by governments. I urge you to insist that the US government and all governments protect innocent humans with public laws.
