The U.S. and other so-called first world nations have become so perverted in their thinking that ’baby-boomer” men and women tend to think that being a grandparent is aging them. Well, here is the truth. You are aging every day that you are alive and the only alternative to that is dying young. I am not advocating dying in this post. I am advocating that reproducing yourselves, and your children reproducing themselves is the right thing to do for many reasons:
1) having young children in your family and in your life, keeps you young! Playing with them, laughing with them, pushing them in a swing at the playground, hearing them laugh, are all events that make this time of life, fun!
2) GOD said that to see your ‘children’s children’ is one of HIS rewards. Don’t you want GOD’s REWARDS?
3) GOD said ‘thou shalt not kill” in Exodus 20:13 and repeated that in many ways. JESUS said, ‘even so it is not the will of your FATHER which is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.” [Matthew 18:14] . And to put teeth into that Commandment it is also written, ‘whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed, for in the image of GOD, made HE man.” {Genesis 9:6}
4) because the only way to get to heaven, is by obeying GOD and HIS Commandments. Sinners do not go to heaven. If y0u think hell will be a fun place,then I suggest you try this little experiment; take a match and light it, and hold it to your hand and see how much fun that is. Hell is an awful place, full of a burning fire that lasts forever to torment you. You don’t want to go there. Read the description of it in Revelations in the Bible.

I am back from visiting my two daughters {Jennifer and Leigh} in other states than Colorado, and also Jennifer’s children and I want to tell you that there is no greater thrill in this life, than holding your “children’s children” as the Bible calls them. Jennifer has a newborn daughter, and she is so sweet, and precious, and she loves to hear singing! She focuses her eyes on your face when you sing to her! It always amazes me how wonderful newborn babies are and how fascinating. I am content to watch a newborn for hours. They coo, and wiggle about, and make baby noises, and at first their eyes sort of wander until they develop eye muscle control and then they are able to focus on their mother, or those who hold them frequently and recognize them. And my other absolutely GRAND children are as sweet and wonderful as always too. The Bible says that the rewards of serving GOD are seeing your children’s children [paraphrased] . Seeing your children’s children reassures you of several things: 1) you were a good enough parent and taught your children to survive, 2) they are on the right track by producing children, 3) the promises of GOD are true, and real, 4) the material wealth you may have collected in whatever quantity has a purpose of enabling you to help your children and grandchildren. I do not have sons but I have a son-in-law and soon to have another son-in-law as my youngest daughter Leigh is getting married this October.
There are many ways for a woman to achieve success and I have tried many of those, including the work as owner, publisher, editor, writer, artist for Life Media & Publishing LLP and words that WORK,LLP and Tapestry of LIFE TV,LLP; and also a long career as a Registered Nurse, and artistic efforts,but the greatest thrill of my life is my GRANDchildren. I capitalize that word ‘grand’ because they are grand in the sense that they are the ‘crowning’ acheivement of my life, my flesh and blood and they are thriving, and I thank GOD for that.
